My Autobiography

I was born in September 25th, 1988 (Mehr 5th, 1367) in Tehran. I was the second and the last child of the family. My eldest brother was about 10 when I was born. After having a fun time with my friends at kindergarten, I started elementary school in 1994. I had pretty fun days and also quite good friends. Everything in my life seemed Ok until I felt I lack something in my life. So, I attended English classes and also I started to learn swimming. As days passed, I really became interested in English and meeting one of my English teachers led me to choose studying English literature at Alzahra University in 2006 – I also started studying Spanish in this year.
In December 2007, one of my dreams came true and I became an English teacher – the job I really adore.
And now in this New Year, I wish I can achieve all my goals in life and become more successful.

Autobiography

An autobiography, from the Greek autos, 'self', bios, 'life' and graphein, 'write', is a biography written by the subject or composed conjointly with a collaborative writer (styled "as told to" or "with"). The term was first used by the poet Robert Southey in 1809 in the English periodical Quarterly Review, but the form goes back to antiquity. Biographers generally rely on a wide variety of documents and viewpoints; an autobiography however may be based entirely on the writer's memory. Closely associated with autobiography (and sometimes difficult to precisely distinguish from it) is the form of memoir.
